Tom Ingle is responsible for Assisted Living Locators’ franchise recruitment and is looking for qualified candidates in this exciting industry. He brings more than a decade of franchise development experience in the senior space. Tom is committed to finding the right franchisees who will be successful individually. He works closely with franchise broker networks helping people achieve their dream of business ownership.
Bethany Harley, Director of Training and Franchise Development, is responsible for consulting, guiding, training and coaching our franchisees in driving revenue growth, sales, marketing, and adherence to best practices. She brings her years of experience in the Senior space to ALL and truly cares about our franchisee's success. Bethany works with our group of launching franchisees and in coaching of seasoned franchisees. Depending on the needs of the franchisee, she tailors her approach in working with the franchise in person or virtual training, coaching or planning, with the priority of increasing their overall performance. This including skills development: goal setting, operations, sales and marketing, compliance, learning and development; as well as assisting the franchisee in ensuring that they have the resilience and determination to succeed.
